If you are experiencing a crisis or need professional help, please seek assistance from qualified professionals in your area.

13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

16.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
