All payments for 33apps subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, refunds, and payment-related inquiries.
2. Digital Content Notice
Important: 33apps is a digital service that provides immediate access to content and features upon subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the digital content is made available to you immediately.
3. Refund Eligibility
Within 14 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund for any reason. Simply contact us and we will process your refund promptly.
After 14 days, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or persistent technical problems. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
4. European Union Consumer Rights

8. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are different:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
- Refund: Returns payment for a qualifying reason. Your access is revoked immediately upon refund.
If you simply want to stop your subscription without requesting a refund, you can cancel at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks:
- Incur additional fees and administrative costs
- Take longer to resolve than direct refund requests
- May result in immediate suspension of your account

10. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Our 14-day refund guarantee applies to all charges, including those following a free trial.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Subscriptions purchased with promotional discounts or special offers are subject to the same refund policy. If you received a discount and request a refund, the refund will be for the amount actually paid, not the full retail price.
12. Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide pro-rata refunds for unused subscription periods. We will notify you in advance and process refunds through Paddle.
